In this section you can find coordinate files of various lipid membranes; the files are given in PDB format so that they can easily be visualized with a molecular graphics software such as VMD. All the coordinate files are taken from published works; if you use them in your own work, please do cite the corresponding papers which are provided for each structure. Please note: we do not guarantee that the files are error-free.
