Current research interests are in the field of biomolecular modeling with a special focus on membrane biophysics, biomolecular self-assembly and on the problems relevant to biomedical applications such as drug and gene delivery. Atomic-scale molecular dynamics simulation techniques are mainly employed along with models of lower resolution and free-energy calculations.
